EAGLE PASS, Texas -- A 30-year-old man was arrested and charged this week for his alleged involvement in a string of home and car burglaries in an Eagle Pass neighborhood.
Juan Solis was arrested after a weeks-long investigation by Maverick County Sheriff's office detectives, a sheriff's office press release said Friday. He was taken to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Solis is accused of breaking into homes and vehicles in the Loma Bonita subdivision and stealing items of value. Among the things he is accused of looting are: lawn mowers, tools, ac window units, electronics, the release said.
